Sponsor a child’s health

Rural farm communities generally do not have access to primary health care facilities. Sponsor a child’s health and ensure that he or she receives a year’s worth of free medical and dental services offered by the Pebbles Owethu Health Clinic. Our clinic is a well-equipped facility that provides excellent healthcare to children and their families.

Cost

R200 (£15) per month or, if you prefer, you can select the upfront year in advance option.

How the money is allocated

In addition to sponsoring the medical and dental needs of a child for a year, funds raised go towards clinic running costs. This includes a contribution towards medical staff salaries, medical and consumable supplies and equipment, transport to and from the clinic for the children and clinic administration costs.

What you get in return

Twice a year in May and November we send you information on your sponsored child’s progress at school and some news about the community in which they live. You will also be updated on Owethu Clinic news and will be informed of any wellness programmes made available to the child you are sponsoring.
